Phase III (REDEFINE 1/2): −22.7% without diabetes, −15.7% with diabetes; REDEFINE-4 vs tirzepatide: −23%, but the non-inferiority endpoint was missed. FDA application filed Dec 2025, decision expected late 2026. The best-documented "stack" on the list because it is a true clinical combination.
