Rationale

Two levels of the reproductive axis: kisspeptin stimulates GnRH neurons (top of the axis), hCG acts directly on the gonads as an LH analogue (bottom of the axis). Studied for restoring fertility and hormonal function.

Evidence level

hCG is approved and clinically established for decades; kisspeptin has solid Phase I/II reproductive studies (Imperial College). The combination is investigational logic, not a validated protocol.

Caution

Poor timing can desensitize the axis; hCG raises estrogen in men if unbalanced. Only with an endocrinologist.
