Rationale

Two different levers on the reproductive axis: PT-141 acts downstream at melanocortin receptors (on-demand effect, approved as Vyleesi), kisspeptin-10 upstream at the GnRH pulse generator (axis 'signaling' rather than drive). Community use pairs on-demand PT-141 with periodic kisspeptin courses.

Evidence level

PT-141: approved with a strict label (1.75 mg, max 8 doses/month). Kisspeptin: mechanistically elegant, human outcome data anecdote-grade. The combination has never been studied.

Caution

Both move blood pressure; stacking same-day is untested. The label cap on PT-141 frequency exists for a reason — community practice that ignores it is running an unmonitored cardiovascular experiment.
